Java Chai (cocoa nibs and spices)
Aromatic, spicy version of a popular Chai from Java that has a spicy, cocoa flavour. Ingredients: cocoa nibs, orange peel, Ceylon cinnamon, ginger, licorice, cloves, fennel, cardamon, pink pepper.corns Instructions: Add 20 grams of chai to 1 litre of boiling water and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the stove, cover and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Strain, add milk and honey as desired.
